New Year’s Eve – Family Style

Celebrate the start of 2025 with good company, great entertainment and a delicious seasonal feast!

New Year’s Eve
31st December 2024, 5pm – 9pm
Ring in the New Year with a celebration the whole family can enjoy! Get ready for an evening of festivities and fun, complete with live music for the adults and endless entertainment for the kids.

For the Adults: $99 per person Enjoy a mouthwatering feast featuring the freshest seasonal produce, as you toast to the New Year with a glass of bubbles or specialty cocktail. Champagne, sparkling wine and cocktails starting from $19.

For the Kids: $19 per child (12yrs and under) Keep the little ones entertained with giant connect four, bowling, mini-golf, arts and crafts, face painting and more. Including a dedicated buffet for the kids from 6pm to 8pm.

Top off the evening watching the Sydney fireworks and make it a night to remember. Celebrate the start of 2025 with good company, great entertainment and a delicious seasonal feast!

ON THE MENU

To begin with
Charred focaccia with parsley, garlic butter and parmesan

Starters
Truffle and wild mushroom arancini with gorgonzola foam
72hr Atlantic salmon, marinated in gin and passionfruit, and served with pear chutney

Mains
Tasmanian brut risotto with wild Shark Bay prawns
Lake Janis lamb chops with mint and lime curried yoghurt dip
Wholegrain mustard and thyme roasted O’Conner sirloin

Sides
Charred brussel sprouts, dukkha and pomegranate dressing
Roast pumpkin salad with rocket leaves, goat’s cheese, pinenuts and aged balsamic glaze
Shaved fennel, mixed leave and fermented orange vinaigrette

Dessert
Panettone and chocolate warm pudding, Frangelico cream
Vanilla coffee affogato
Pannacotta with mango jelly and crunchy coconut shavings
