It’s that time of the year again to shower all the amazing mum-like figures in our lives with love and appreciation on Mother’s Day! And what better way to do that than with a fabulous three-course lunch with views of the Swan River?
We’ve got some seriously delicious treats lined up, starting with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and followed by smoked salmon and asparagus, lemon and thyme roasted lamb, porchetta, flame grilled vegetables and a decadent salted dark chocolate mousse to name a few.

Entrée
Pickled portobello mushroom and ricotta tart with snow peas, toasted pine nuts, olive oil and vincotto

Lemon and thyme roasted lamb with potato gratin, beetroot and confit garlic jus
