Leave the cooking to us and celebrate Christmas Day with a one of a kind Family Feast at Tradewinds Hotel. Start with a glass of champagne on arrival, Focaccia and olives, a chilled seafood platter served with a bucket of Exmouth Prawns, crab & snapper mayonnaise with pan carasau. Followed by a feast of roast Angus Scotch Fillet, rosemary crispy potatoes, Sicilian style broccolini salad with currants, pine nuts & salsa verde, rosemary salt, herb & rocket slaw with apple, fennel & rich egg mayonnaise; complimented by red berry & red wine poached pear trifle.* Vegetarian menu available
