Our Chef Station is on every Saturday between 1pm – 3pm from now until December 19th.

Every Saturday our Head Chef Jeff will be cooking up a storm in the Beer Garden with all your favorite locally sourced seafood dishes! Our Spritz Bar will also be open for you to enjoy our new gin-inspired spritz cocktails. The perfect Summer drink.

What’s on the menu?

Saturday 5th Dec – Lobster roll, celery and smoked paprika mayo, fresh lemon, potato crisps, chopped garden salad

Saturday 12th Dec – Seared Abrohlos Island Scallops with pea and mint puree, pancetta crisps and salmon caviar

Saturday 19th Dec – Shark Bay Crab linguine with local cod, chilli, cherry tomato and parsle
